What equipment do I need to join the webinar?
You need a computer connected to the Internet. Ideally, you need speakers or a headset to be able to listen to the presentation. If you don't have any, you will also be able to listen to the presentation over the phone. You don't need a microphone.

How do I log into the webinar?
You will receive details to join the webinar about a week before the event. There is no software installation needed. THe email will contain steps to follow to check the compatibility of your system with the webinar provider. This usually takes about 3 minutes. In case you experience any issues, a support team will be available by email or over the phone.

Will I receive the presentation?
Yes. We record our webinars and we send the slides of the presentation as well as a recording of the webinar to all participants so they can review it.

What happens if I can't make the date?
If you pay and register for any of our webinars, you will also receive the pdf of the presentation and the video recording.If you cannot make the date, you will be able to watch it in your own time.
